This banner was part of a large campaign in which AOL introduced a new series of services. This ad informed the potential customer of a new voicemail service offered by AOL.

The "No Way" and "Don't Expect Too Much" campaigns both used a sense of irony to make their points. In each, the first message is negative, but then the message is changed to a positive one by tearing away part of the phrase. In other words, "No Way" becomes "Way" and "Don't Expect Too Much" becomes "Expect Too Much".
